Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions. Duration: approximately 60 to 80 minutes, depending on the number of participants and the day’s flow. Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point on their own. If you require special arrangements due to religious reasons, health conditions (including allergies), or young children, please mention this clearly in the notes section of the reservation form at the time of booking. This program follows the cancellation policy of the activity booking platform used. In addition, the following cancellation fees will apply for direct bookings: 14 to 3 days before the program date: 20% of the total program fee 2 days before the program date: 50% of the total program fee 1 day before, on the day of the program, or no-shows without notice: 100% of the total program fee Please note: Bank transfer or transaction fees may apply separately.
